Role overview:
At Matasma, we are looking to onboard a business analyst in the Enterprise Planning and Business Performance practice area. This practice area combines the knowledge of business, data, and technology in delivering customer-centric planning and analytical solutions for enterprises. The role is expansive and spreads across multiple industries and business functions, engaged in solving complex problems in planning & analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze key planning and business performance drivers for key industries such as consumers, industrials, banking and financial services, healthcare, and business professional services
- Build capabilities and skills in identified planning and analytical tools to help customers solve for their problems, specific to enterprise business performance
- Deliver customer engagements with focus on excellence, value addition and business outcomes
- Assist in data validation, testing, and overall deployment of new planning and analytical models, ensuring successful ‘Go-Live’
- Build expertise in existing models and processes, and assist in future enhancements to drive planning efficiency
- Continuously identify gaps and opportunities for projects that will streamline process, workflows and execution growth
Eligibility for the role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or Analytics
- Interest in business analysis, and in solving problems at the intersection of business, data and technology
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis methods
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of planning and analytical platform is a plus
