- Used Power Automate to create custom connectors with the planning systems REST APIs, enabling data integration and automating email notifications, addressing the challenge of the planning system's inability to support real-time notifications
- Performed data transformations and applied styling in Power Automate to ensure correct formatting, clarity, and effective communication for pending requests or approvals
- Built trigger for email notifications through the Outlook Server connection in Power Automate, automating the process based on travel type and employee location to streamline approval and communication
