- Understood the architecture and setup of the source environments and build connections to ensure smooth and real time data flow from source systems
- Optimizing the data flow from the source systems to push only the relevant data for the reporting and eliminate all irrelevant data points to reduce the integration load, duration of the run and to keep the data model optimized
- Narrowed down the list of sanity checks or data checks that the functional team is performing manually to improve the quality of the data and automated the checks to highlight the list of datapoints failed to meet the standards defined
- Build reconciliation functionality to compare the data between the source, target and reporting system with a comments provision to allow the users to justify the scenario or to get back to the source systems to update the accurate data
Delivered Outcomes
- Eliminated 25+ manual data loads due to real-time integration with Azure Blob on a hourly/quarterly/yearly basis
- Developed consolidation tool which collects the data from all the relevant source system and prepares export templates in multiple formats
- Ensures the quality of the data up to >90% through the reconciliation reports and standardized sanity checks
